Ordering

Once you have selected the size and medium you want, simply fill in online order form or print out the order form, fill in all the information, mail it with the check (described in the next section) and the photo of your pet (you may send the photo as an e-mail attachment).

All payments are made by checks through mail. Make checks out to Natasha Matherly. All orders require a 50% deposit of the price up to $150 (deposits do not include shipping). Deposits are nonrefundable once I have begun the artwork. The artwork remains the property of the artist until fully paid for. With anything over $400 you can pay overtime just contact me for more info.

Once I have finished the artwork I will e-mail you a digital picture of it for your approval. When you have given your approval and mailed the check for the remainder of the money owed, I will send you your artwork.

Shipping costs vary depending on the medium and size. I will inform you of the estimated shipping costs as soon as I have received your order. You may inquire by e-mail if you want them sooner. I only ship to the continental US.
